ORDER SHIPMENTS
All orders are processed and shipped from Knoxville, Tennessee during business hours – Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Orders received outside those hours or on holidays will be processed and shipped promptly upon reopen. All shipments are sent via UPS or USPS depending on size, weight, and location. Tracking will be provided via automated email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. Please check Spam/Junk folders for tracking emails if you do not find it in your inbox.
RETURN POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return new, unused non-software items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Conditions for Returns: – Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. – Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. – Certain items, such as software or clearance products, are non-returnable unless defective. How to Return: 1. Contact our customer service team at dgoodine@rnkdistributing.com to initiate your return. 2. We’ll provide you with return instructions. 3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Return Shipping: – If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. – For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping.
